Superior Manufacturing Group is proud to introduce the second revolution in impact riveting technology, the Revolution R2 Riveting Machine. The R2 is the second generation in the Revolution Series riveting machine, and adds many improvements to the first generation’s design. The days of messy, greasy, loud traditional style rivet machines that require toggle linkage, flywheels and belts are still gone with the R2.

The R2 utilizes a cam combined with self-lubricating graphite slides that eliminate the need for the daily, weekly, or monthly lubrication schedules that other impact riveters require. The R2 has far fewer moving parts than a traditional style machine because of its cam design. This unique cam design helps to minimize the maintenance, and repairs needed to maintain the unit along with taking the hassle out of your riveting operation. The R2 is the world’s quietest and most trouble free riveting machine and can be configured to set a wide variety of solid, semi-tube, and self-piercing rivets.

Additionally, because the R2 does not rely on a flywheel and toggle linkage, the working "head" can be configured in a variety of ways. The R2 head is available on our standard frames or on your custom automation machine, with virtually any amount of throat depth.
